Apexbound Labs ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard transit is typically 3–5 business days from fulfillment; expedited options may be available at checkout. Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.

Temperature-sensitive materials ship in insulated pack-outs with phase-change cooling as needed. Lyophilized (freeze-dried) materials are stable at room temperature for transit. Vials are cushioned to reduce the risk of damage, and all orders ship in discreet, unlabeled packaging.

Tracking is provided on every order. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier. If a package is lost or arrives damaged in transit, see our Returns & Refunds Policy.
