Returns & Refunds

Because our products are research materials, our return policy is necessarily limited to protect product integrity and safety.

Damage in transit

If your product arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@apexboundlabs.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. Approved claims receive a one-time replacement. Claims require photo evidence and are subject to review.

What is not eligible

  • Opened, reconstituted, or used products;
  • Returns for change of mind, dissatisfaction, or research outcomes;
  • Products damaged by improper storage or handling after delivery.

Due to the nature of research materials, we cannot accept returns of products once they have left our control, except for the damage-in-transit case above.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method. We do not offer refunds for misuse, improper storage, or use inconsistent with a product's intended in-vitro research use.
